Refund policy

We have a 14 day return policy, which means
if the parcel is not damaged and you want to return it, you can do so within 14 days from the date you received it.

Product(s) are returned at your own cost, we therefore recommend returned product(s) to be sent in a form of recorded delivery. And must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unused, with tags, and in its original box and/or packaging. You’ll also need the receipt/proof of purchase. ShomSha Boutique will not reimburse the cost of the return postage costs. 

Please fill in a return request application form. Returns are only possible for the entire parcel and we can only accept returns in the original packaging.

The goods remain your responsibility until it has been received by ShomSha Boutique. We will not accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on where to send your package.

Product(s)/item(s) purchased from the clearance section are non returnable or refundable.

Product(s)sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds don’t include delivery charges.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 24 hours of delivery if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. You MUST send us a photo of the product(s) you received with your name and order number within 24 hours of delivery to info@shomshaboutique.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. However if you have selected the incorrect products at checkout we cannot be held responsible and cannot accept a return or refund . Please ensure you double check your order prior to confirmation and payment .

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, made-to-orders, or gift cards.

Should your return be refused upon arrival back with us, a charge of £5.00 will be due plus postage costs to return the original item back to you.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
